This week I am most proud of: I am proud of that mostly, I used English to worked as my Exhibition partner.

Next week my goal is: I do use English, but I used Korean too, so during our PYP time, I'll try to use English every time except for the time I need support by Korean.

Reflecting myself during Exhibition using photo

Who is boring or want to listen to other's story about Exhibition? If you want to know about other people's story, you can listen to what I am telling you guys. For you guys and me(because this is my homework^^) I will tell you guys my story. Let me start!

     To reflect our group, I think we are doing pretty good job because we are not behind the schedule, or other group. Actually, we are the not the group that is doing fastest in our class group, but we are not a lot, but pretty close to that groups.

     If someone told me to use this picture and think about which people represent us, I will say that my group is a people who are trying to go up and reason why I choose quite a bit bottom even though I said that we are having a good teamwork is that we just finished our key concepts, lines of inquiry, and central idea. We are just starting to research and there are a lot of steps have been left to finish the Exhibition. Me and my partner Lahee is trying to work hard to get through the more step and to make good quality of this Exhibition. I think if we try hard, we can be the person who is standing at the top of the tree and smiling, not a person who is sitting at top looks angry and feel bad.

Lines of Inquiry and First Mentor Meeting for Exhibition

     Everyone, stop what you are doing and please watch what I am writing! You guys will all be surprised after you guys watch what I want to write. If you guys want to know about my story you guys must focus to what I am just writing.

     No more blah, blah, blahs and I am really going to start! I was so worried about me and my partner because we both have similar personality. Well, you guys can think it's a good thing, but actually, IT'S NOT FOR ME! She and I had personality that likes to consider the idea that we make for selves. We like to be the role of leader, not a people who just follow and do what the other told to do, but today, reversal thing was happen to us! HOORAY!!!!!!!! I can't even thought that we will finishes early that other groups and have similar idea almost every time and we doesn't fight once and even more weird, no crashes. After we finish our key concepts in a correct way, we chose our 3 lines of inquiry just in 10 minutes, but nothing was wrong. I was so glad and I felt my worries are going away from me!

     For our first mentor meeting, I was 50% nervous and 50% exciting. Our mentor gave us some advice to research the topic we chose because for me, I had no idea how to research.(maybe my partner does, but I am not sure...) When she looked at our lines of inquiry, she says that she thought that causation and reflection is repeating. After that, I was kind of afraid that what if it gets wrong? After our mentor meeting, we had time to do math, but my lead teacher Mrs. Archie called me and my partner saying that our lines of inquiries are repeating.(just causation and reflection) Me and my partner decided just to change our key concepts and every thing goes fine.

     Our team had an reversal thing in good way, but what about you guys? I am really curious that you guys had an reversal thing like our group or had an the thing that you guys have thought? Tell me you guy's story in comments.^!^

Main Idea, Key Concepts for our Exhibition

 Today, we have chosen our main idea between me and my partner. We was worried to chose our main idea because me and my partner wanted an opposite thing for our Exhibition main idea, but finally we found a connection between our ideas and we chosen our main idea which is genocide. My partner wanted to include some part of the government to the main idea genocide and I wanted to include causation, negative impacts, what they use etc. For us, finding main idea was the most challenging thing during our Exhibition time. After we solve the challenging part for us, everything goes well and we doesn't had more problems between today's work. After we chosen our main idea, we started to write down the questions that are matching to the key concepts and we have to chose. We almost finished to write down our questions and we just need to write down our main idea! I think we will have a lot of the challenging thing, but also an exciting thing during our Exhibition. I think the most important thing is that we must find out the definition of our challenges every time.

Third week of our Exhibition

 Today was the starting week of our third week of Exhibition and today, teachers told us our homeroom teacher which means lead teacher, our group members, and our Exhibition mentor. It was very exciting and nervous when our teacher was just tried to told us the members and the mentor because I am going to work with them and get some advices from the mentors during whole Exhibition. I AM WORKING WITH THEM FOR 5 MORE WEEKS TO GET FINISHED WITH MY EXHIBITION PARTNER!!!!!!  For me, I have a partner instead of members which mean our group is only 2 people. Some of groups does, but some of groups aren't. We started by making our team essential agreements that we have to keep during the Exhibition. After we finishes writing our essential agreements, we made our team shield. In that team shield, we wrote down our name, our lead teacher and the mentor. Also, we add some of the essential agreements that we wrote down. It was very nervous and exciting to start our Exhibition.

Exhibition topic

We have did survey for our PYPX topic and our PYPX group. If I am choosing the transdisciplinary theme, I will say that I want to choose Sharing the Planet and How we express ourselves. First, I like to research about somethings like disasters that human made. For example, like war, terrors, but the thing that is interesting is that terrors can be included in How we express ourselves. Well, there are some different topics in the How we express ourselves, but terror could be the one way that we can express ourselves. Also, most of the terrorists made a terror to make people believe their religion or they want to tell us that they want something. Of course that making terror is not a good way or proper way to express our emotions, but that could be the way. These 2 units are very interesting for me and these 2 also had connections to each other. It is kind of interesting to search about a global issue about some terrors, disaster, etc for me, so I will love to do the stuff in exhibition like terrors.

Review of video Liam Neeson is Ice

 I watched a video series called Nature Is Speaking and in that series I watched about the ice. Well, after I watch this video, I was thinking that humans are making humans can't live in this planet. We need nature to live, but we are destructing the nature and feels worried. I wonder what if the human destroy too much of the nature and it is just missing. Are we dying if we ruin too much of nature? After I watch this video, I was thinking that we must take action about saving the nature. To stop the global warming or other natural disaster, we must save electricity or energy.

Bilingualism

 Did you guys know a word called 'bilingualism?' Bilingualism is a people who can speak 2 
languages. I am bilingualism because English is not my first language. There 6 different 
levels for bilingualism and I think I am in level 3 because I am the person who likes to
speak my first language that English. Also, I am better at my first language. My goal is to 
become a 6th level person for bilingualism who passes in both languages for a negative 
speakers. To achieve my goal, I must try harder on my English in school to learn 
sensitively, but I must practice my first language because if I want to become lever 6 person, I have to be good at my first language too.

Taking Action

 Did you guys ever took a action? My school often took actions that tries to help other people who needs help. We had a lot of chance to take direct action which could be telling what we learn about somethings that are not good in the world. We had chance to talk about in front of whole jr. school. We donate money to help the children and their family after the big disease in other country which needs money to make it back into the past. This is the action for my community is taking and I am really proud of those things we have done. We must take actions to make a better world.

Exhibition Overnight Experience

 We had an Exhibition overnight experience starting on yesterday, finishing today, so we slept at school yesterday. For me, Exhibition overnight experience was really good chance for me to build some relationship with my classmates. If I choose the most memorable event, I will choose 3 of the events that was most memorable. First, I will choose one game that help our communication and teamwork to get better called 'Catch me If you Can.' This is a game we are launching the ping-pong ball, but we need to make launcher and catcher just in 15 minutes. Our team made great catcher, but our launcher doesn't make our ping-pong ball fly. Even though our ping-pong ball just rolled not fly, our catcher catches the ping-pong ball and we got first prize. I think we got some points at teamwork and creativity points. Second, it is before we sleep like laying down on the mat where we need to sleep and goes into the sleeping bag. This was the first time that I sleep in school and sleeping in sleeping bag. Actually, the funniest part was not that. My friend shout out the drama's name and the main character at 10:00pm because that was the time when the drama starts. It was very quiet and dark, so when my friend shout it out, everyone just laugh and laugh. Finally, it's the last one and it was bike ride to the forest and walking to inside of forest and eat lunch. I was in a first group when I was going to the forest and coming back to the school. For me, it was not hard when I was going to the forest because there were a lots of downhill, but it was so hard for me to go back to the school because just opposite of going, we had a lot of uphill. Of course there was more fun things, but these 3 are the most memorable events for me. This overnight experience gives me a lot of lesson about teamwork skills like communication, co-operation skills and the good thing is that we also had fun. I will like to do this overnight experience in school too.

Commitment in exhibition

 If some one ask me a question like is commitment important during exhibition? I will say that commitment is one of the most important thing in PYP attitude. Then why does being commitment would be important? First, without any commitment, we can't solve the hard problems that is blocking our success. If we can't break out with our commitment, we are going to be fail on the exhibition. Commitment is one of most important PYP attitude that we are going to be need during exhibition.

Fist day of PYPX

 Today, we have talk about how our exhibition will be like. Also, our teachers tried to make us understand about PYP program and why PYP is important. They gave us the booklet that is about exhibition and thing will able to solve our curious. I have know today, that during exhibition, we have to post something that is related to our exhibition. I hope that I have less fighting with my group members and keeping good feeling like at the beginning.

Compass Points About PYP Exhibition

 We are having PYP Exhibition on Grade 5. Exhibition is the most big project including all the PYP junior school. We are making a presentation and we are choosing the topic we are most excited and most interested at. In grade 5 our most excitement and worries are all about Exhibition and I am also included in that student who is being excited and worried about the Exhibition. The exciting part which is upside is that I can have a chance to make presentation with my group. I also think that during Exhibition the group members will get close to each other. I also have some worries which is downside. The worries that I have is all about teamwork. I have personality that want to be the person that is in charge of that group. I don't really want to be with a classmates who don't  listen to me and just saying "you do whatever you want" and after I finish the whole work they are saying bad way about my work like "why did in this way. It's so bad. I don't want to do in that way." I really think that I need to know a lot about PYP Exhibition. I need to know about how the working system goes, which place we are having presentations, how much time we can spend and things like that. I also think that I need some advice from the upper grade students who have done the Exhibition. For me Exhibition feels like combination of every moods. I am worried, exciting and etc. I really want to start and finish.
